Ag Lending

We can help with most any type of farm and ranch loan needs. Loans range from annual operating lines of credit to equipment/cattle term loans to long-term real estate loans.

Equipment & Livestock Loans

Equipment & livestock loans may be either priced under a variable or fixed rate of interest. Loan terms typically range from two to six years with annual payments. We are flexible to fit the loan to the need and a member’s repayment plan.

Ag Real Estate Term Loans

Real estate loans are typically set up for terms of ten years or greater with annual payments. We provide funding for purchased land as well as refinance needs.

Cattle Feeding Loans

Whether you desire to feed your own feeders at a custom feedlot or need finance to purchase feeders and feed, we have a loan program for you. 4-H Project Loans We support 4-H and FFA through our 5% project loans. The loan helps a youth have a project, provides a financial learning experience and the rate helps the project to be a profitable one.

FSA Guarantee Loans

We believe that helping out includes our extra effort to obtain Farm Service Agency (FSA) loan note guarantees. Such are especially helpful when a young beginning farmer is able to obtain finance plus at a FSA reduced interest rate. Our youth are our future.
